About Salisbury City Church

Salisbury City Church is a group of ordinary people made up of men, women and children of every age and many different backgrounds.

Some have only recently started seeking Jesus while others have been Christians for many years.

While still remaining diverse we do have some significant things in common:

We have found the person and work of Jesus to be the answer to our deepest needs.

We have become committed both to him and to one another.

We love the Bible and God's presence and look to experience both whenever we meet on Sundays and in Life Groups during the week.

This is where we are going - We want to build a significant city church (hence the name) that loves Jesus, loves one another and serves as missionaries to the city of Salisbury and South Wiltshire. We are on a big adventure together where 'every life counts'.

Salisbury City Church is part of the Newfrontiers family of churches.

Sunday Mornings

Salisbury City Church meet every Sunday: 10.30am at South Wilts Grammar School, Stratford Road, Salisbury, SP1 3JJ. When you visit us, it is our aim that you feel welcomed, relaxed and that you thoroughly enjoy the experience. Each Sunday meeting will include a time of prayer, singing to God as well as relevant preaching from the Bible.

Our meeting starts at 10.30am with a short introduction, prayer and time of worship. After worship the children will be directed to their specific groups while in the main meeting we have about 40 minutes relevant preaching from the Bible. This is an important part of our time together and leads well into a further time of singing and prayer .

Our kids love church and each week we run 3 separate and fun children's groups for ages 0-11yrs . They are staffed by our excellent and committed children's workers who have all been CRB checked. We also have a group for 11-14's which meets on Fridays and certain Sundays.
